Zorviro operates this website and online store, providing you, the consumer, with a customized shopping platform along with all associated tools, features, products, and services (collectively the “Services”). Zorviro is hosted on the Shopify platform, allowing us to offer these Services to you.

Submitting an order acts as an offer to purchase. Zorviro reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. An order is not finalized until Zorviro formally accepts it, which requires payment to be fully processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to cancel it once processed. If an order is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact or billing information provided at checkout.
Returns and exchanges are handled exclusively according to our Refund Policy.
You agree that your purchases are for personal use only and are not for commercial resale or export.

Zorviro is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform enabling us to deliver the Services. However, all purchases made through our Store are transactions strictly between you and Zorviro. You acknowledge that Shopify has no responsibility for your transactions with Zorviro, including any damages or losses from purchased products. You explicitly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims and liabilities related to your purchases from Zorviro.
